For the life of me, I can't seem to get a sentinel pillar signal. I've nearly finished the expedition in entirety. After a couple hours of nonstop sentinel fighting, I've defeated level 5 waves on 5 separate occasions, across different planets in different systems. After killing the walker and it didn't finish the 6th wave, I wandered far enough away from the pillar until it gave me a message in the corner to return. I then started fighting sentinels until I made it to 5 stars wanted level and killed the walker.
